The foundation of the enterprise was made 1995 as Lauber Maschinenbespannungs GmbH by experts who had received their extensively market and product knowledge in well-known manufacturing companies of technical textiles. The flexible, producing company, well equiped to realize individual customer needs and trade specific solutions, was fast established with a continuous growth in the different market segments.

To the support of further growth and the development of the high-quality product range an affiliation to
Heimbach Specialities AG, Belgium - an enterprise of Heimbach Group, D-Düren - was carried out in 2003.

2004, in the tenth year of the business activity, the change of the name was carried out in TEX4TEC Lörrach GmbH, another step of the strategic orientation and internationalization of the enterprise.
